Megan Hattie Stahl is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker, Oregon native, and former Parisian.
Her films have screened at the North Portland Unknown Film Festival, the Olympia Film Festival, at the Festival International du Documentaire Émergent in Paris, and at the Festival Courts Mais Trash in Brussels.
She’s all about documentary as an essential means to preserving and understanding our world, home videos, found footage, eccentric characters, collaborating with musicians, French, Italian, bilingualism, piano, journaling, running as meditation, early childhood education, obsessive recycling, personal finance, public transportation, and processing the chaos of life through video-making.
